1) Donation sheet
This is the sheet for you to post the donations you have gathered,Please add the name of the scout who got the donation, the place where you got the donation, and the description and additional info about the donation. 2) Patrol assignments
The following patrols are assigned to These areas,
-Sleeping bear, North Market street
-Minutemen, South market street
-Valkyrie, Walmart plaza
-Eagle, Giant plaza,
-Knights, Big Lots plaza
-Wolverine, Weis and surrounding area
Please have your patrols wear class A uniforms when asking for donations so we can be as professional as possible. If your patrol members have other connections outside of your assigned area, feel free to ask for a donation from them as well.
Patrols should visit at least 2 businesses. But depending on your Area, I would ask 3-5.
3) Donation request letter
See below for the flyer for the auction and the request letter. When you go out to get donations, you should bring a few of both of those with you. There will be color copies at the January 29 meeting of these papers if don't have a way to make copies. And if anybody asks you for the tropp's tax ID number, just text my mom Samantha Tosolt at 484-410-1167. Mr. Everson also has it, and his number is 570-768-8289. Some businesses need to have this number for their own records.
