This is our proposed High Adventure Schedule. We will discuss this at our Annual Planning Meeting and make some firm plans.
Troop 538 plans on having a four year High Adventure rotation. We would like to rotate between Philmont Scout Reservation, New Mexico; Florida Sea Base, Florida Keys; National Scout Jamboree, Fort A.P. Hill and Something really cool that changes every fourth year.
Who knows what we will decide. This is the wild card, something different every time.
The National Jamboree is a once in a lifetime event with over 40,000 Scouts attending once every four years. For our new scouts please start making plans for 2010 when Scouting will be 100 years old.
